One Pan Chicken & Zucchini

This one pan Chicken & Zucchini is a hit; even the two-year-old twins approved!


  • Boneless Chicken Breasts (I cooked three)
  • One Medium Zucchini


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Wash chicken and lightly coat with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle Sugar 'N Spice California Garlic Pepper on chicken (as desired)
  4. Cut Zucchini into triangular pieces (you can do spears as well)
  5. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on Minnesota Nice Spice Great Lakes Garlic & Herb
  6. Place chicken and zucchini on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  7. Bake 25-30 mins (time may vary depending on size of chicken breast)
