Parsley Flakes
The most commonly used culinary herb in the US, parsley adds a fresh flavor and scent to foods. Traditionally used as a breath freshener, it is often paired with garlic as an extra flavor and to partially counteract the strong scent of garlic. Traditionally as well as today, parsley is believed to have several positive health effects also.
Uses:
Sprinkle on top of any dish, especially those lacking green, as a garnish. Most often used this way with white sauces and cheeses to add color. Parsley can be used to add spice to white sauces used to flavor vegetables and casseroles. Add to marinades and dressings also.
