Lemon Pepper Chicken Salad

Serves 6-8

4 uncooked chicken breasts – trimmed of fat
LEMON PEPPER
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup seedless green or red grapes
½ cup toasted slivered almonds
1 ¼ cups mayonnaise (regular or light)
1 TBS lemon juice
½ tsp salt

Liberally season uncooked chicken breasts with LEMON PEPPER. Grill until cooked through. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine ingredients in a bowl mixing well. Serve immediately or chill. If you are making this in advance, add almonds just before serving to prevent softening.
