Easy Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
2 loaves
1 box lemon cake mix
1 – 3 oz package instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
½ cup vegetable or canola oil
1 cup hot water
¼ cup poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 bread pans. Mix all ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes. Evenly distribute the batter between the two pans. Bake 50-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into center.
