Veggie Pizza
2 large packages of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup real mayonnaise (regular or light)
1 – 8 ounce package softened cream cheese (regular or light)
1 TBS PARSLEY
1 TBS DILL WEED
1 TBS HERB SHAKER
1 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1 tsp SEASONED SALT
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
chopped vegetables: green onion, green pepper, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli
sliced black olives
Preheat oven to 350F. Flatten crescent rolls onto large cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until brown. Set aside to cool. Cream together mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Sprinkle chopped vegetables and black olives over cream cheese covered crust. Press lightly into cream cheese. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Cut into squares using pizza cutter. Cover with aluminum or plastic wrap and store cold until ready to serve.
