Easy Microwave Rice Pudding

2 ½ cups milk
½ cup raisins
1 – 3 ounce package vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 cup minute rice
1 tsp KORJINTE CINNAMON

Combine all ingredients into a 1 ½ quart microwave-safe dish. Cover and cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove to stir then cook 2-4 minutes longer until mixture begins to thicken. Pudding will thicken more when it sets.

Serve warm or cold sprinkled with additional cinnamon.
