7 Layer Cookie
My mom had a friend that was from Puerto Rico. She had the biggest Christmas I had ever seen!!! And , I watched her make this pie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup each added to 9 Inch graham cracker crust
- Milk chocolate chips
- White chocolate chips
- Peanut butter chips
- Nuts if wanted
- 1/2 cup each
- Carmel chips
- Butterfinger
- Top with 1/2 cup heath chips
- Pour over 1 can sweet condensed milk
- Bake at 350 for 35/45 minutes or top is golden brown
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1 9inch pie crust
- 1 cup each added to pie crust
- Add additional 1/2 cup ingredients
- Top/ pour with 1 can sweet condensed milk
- Bake for 35/45 minutes until golden brown
- Sprinkle with Nutmeg and Cinnamon

When I was a kid, we were very poor. My mom had a friend who was from Puerto Rico. She had the biggest Christmas I had ever seen!!! And, I watched her make this pie…. It made me feel as if I were rich!!! Beyond my biggest thought, I was rich, in love, laughing, and seeing people smile by my recipe. I currently make it for holidays and special occasions.
