Italian Salad

This was taught to me by my son's Little Italian grandmother he came over from Italy and make it during any family get togethers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb of spaghetti a half a cup of Virgin Olive oil a half a cup of mozzarella cheese a half a cup of Parmesan cheese the tablespoon of Basil one can 16 oz of artichoke hearts drained Roma tomatoes chopped one medium size onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Make the spaghetti as you would for any other dish drain the spaghetti and rinse with cold water until cool top up tomato onion avocado add two spaghetti at half a cup of Virgin Olive oil both cheeses basil salt and pepper to taste mixed together let chill for half an hour serve.
