Bigos

This is a Polish recipe my grandma made especially in winter for us but, I perfected it to the point my kids and family ask me to make it a lot especially when we have parties and gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sausage links, 2 kabanos links, 2 cups of ham or pork, 1 head of cabbage, 1 jar sauerkraut, 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes, 2 packages mushrooms, 1 large onion, couple garlic cloves, 2 stalks celery, 4 carrots, bullion, vegeta, 2 bell peppers any color and garlic salt.

Instructions
 

  • Dice carrot, celery, garlic, cabbage, peppers, sauerkraut fire diced tomatoes into large Stockport to start cooking add bullion and vegetables and garlic salt to taste in the meantime dice up the onion and mushrooms fry on pan then throw in Stockport same with all the meat then just cook on low heat for all the flavors to come together and serve in a bowl with fresh bread
