This is a sweet dish from INDIA. We used to make it in the winter I
Ingredients
- 5 pound carrots
- 3 and half cup sugar
- Half gallon of milk
- One pound of Ricotta Cheese
- One pound of milk mava powder
- Half cup of cuts almond
- Half teaspoon Cardamom powder
Instructions
- First peel the carrots and wash them then grate them with graters then put milk in the pot and auger in it and boiled then put the carrots into the pot let it boiled until carrots cooed and the water is gone and put the raisins and the cardamom powder then put the ricotta in the another bowl and put the milk mava powder in it and mix them then put them in the microwave for one minute and take it out and mix them then put them in the microwave and mix them do this step for four minutes then add them into the carrots and mix them together and put them in the tray and put the almond on it for garnish and make a pieces and enjoy 😉
Notes
I don’t know any stories behind it. Because it was very cold in winter and because it takes time to make it and we were making it on the fire outside and were standing around the fire to warm ourselves.
