

Pittha
It's a Hindustani dish, this is made mostly in Hindu Manth Paush month when new crops come to celebrate farmers.
Ingredients
- 100g horse gram lentils
- 200g Rice flour/ semolina
- Garlic (3 piece),
- salt (2 tea spoons),
- Mustard oil(2 teaspoon),
- Green chili 1,
- Ginger1 inch
Instructions
- Step 1: soak over night horse gram lentils
- Then thick grind with garlic, salt ,ginger,chili (less water) add after mix oil
- Step 2: boil 1/2 liter water then put on rice flour/ semolina then make a dough mix well
- Step3: Then take a 50g dough and fill the lentils
- Step4: then steam 20 to 30 minutes.
