Instructions
Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and Five-Spice in a bowl.
Rub or marinate pork chops in mixture for at least 15 min.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
