Instructions
Toss shrimp with Cajun Seasoning.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté peppers and onions until softened.
Add shrimp and cook 3–4 minutes until pink and opaque.
Serve with lemon wedges and optional rice or quinoa.
