Ingredients
  

  • 4 white fish fillets cod, tilapia, etc.
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place fish on parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle dill, salt, and pepper. Top with lemon slices.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
