
Chinese Five-Spice Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 1/2 tsp Chinese Five-Spice powder
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and Five-Spice in a bowl.
- Rub or marinate pork chops in mixture for at least 15 min.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
