Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Toss shrimp with Cajun Seasoning.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté peppers and onions until softened.
  • Add shrimp and cook 3–4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and optional rice or quinoa.
