
Hot Cajun Shrimp Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 onion sliced
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Toss shrimp with Cajun Seasoning.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté peppers and onions until softened.
- Add shrimp and cook 3–4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Serve with lemon wedges and optional rice or quinoa.
