Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 can 14 oz coconut milk
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté onion and garlic.
  • Add spices, stir 1 min.
  • Add chickpeas, tomatoes, and coconut milk. Simmer 15–20 min.
  • Season with salt. Serve over rice.
